These general conditions of contract (the "General Conditions") govern the relationship between the customer ("Customer") and Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minelli Via Posidonia, 214 Salerno 84129 Italy P.I. 05680130654, (the Customer and Gioielleria Pianeta Beads, jointly, "Parties") for the purchase of the products of Gioielleria Pianeta Beads ("Products") from time to time for this purpose made available on the Site: www.pianetabeads.com

1.2
The online purchase through these General Conditions on the Site is allowed to Customers, as further defined below, residing both in the European Union and in non-EU countries. For the purposes of these General Conditions, the Customer is intended only as the final consumer, i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out.

1.3
Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli does not undertake any commitment regarding the verification of the requirements immediately dictated, assuming the Customer, or the self-styled, any liability that may derive from the violation of the provisions referred to in the corresponding point 1.2.

2.1
The Products that will be placed on the Site by the Maurizio Minelli PianetaBeads from time to time, the same reserves the right to change the type, references and terms of the offer at any time, also in relation to availability. The customer will be informed if his order is not executable due to unavailability of the ordered product.

Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minelli constantly checks that all the information sheets relating to the Products are correct, without however guaranteeing the absolute absence of any errors. In the event that a significant error is found in an information sheet, the Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli will put the Customer in the condition to reconfirm the purchase of the Product or to cancel it.

3.1
The prices of the Products are expressed on the Site in € (Euro) and include all applicable taxes (the "Prices"). Any delivery costs are excluded.

3.2
Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minelli constantly checks that all prices are correct, without however guaranteeing the absolute absence of any errors. In the event that an error is found in a Price, the Jewelery Planet Beads of Maurizio Minelli will put the Customer in the condition to reconfirm the purchase of the Products at the correct Price or to cancel it.

4.1
The essential characteristics of the Products and the Prices are shown in the offer for each individual Product on the Site.

4.2
To purchase the Products, the Customer must follow the instructions on the site. The Customer must have read and accepted the terms of the contribution for any delivery costs, these General Conditions (including the conditions of exercise of the right of withdrawal) and the press release concerning the protection of personal data (privacy policy) attached here followed, before continuing to select the desired type of payment and give the purchase order.

4.3
If the Customer needs to correct any data entry errors, he must follow the appropriate modification procedure reported on the Site, before submitting his purchase order.

5.1
The Contract stipulated between the Customer and Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minelli is understood to be concluded when the order sent by the Customer is received at the Site address provided that the purchase procedure reported on the Site has been respected, that Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minnelli has received the debit authorization from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer for payment and that the availability of the Product has been confirmed by the Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli. By sending the order to Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minelli, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read and accepted the terms of the contribution for delivery costs, the General Conditions, the data protection statement personal (privacy policy) and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.

5.3
The purchase order form will be archived in the Site database for the period of time necessary to process orders.

6.1
The Customer can pay the Price of the Products and the related delivery costs by PayPal or Bank Transfer. No charge will be made when the order is sent.

7.1
For security reasons, the Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes.

7.2
For each order placed on the Site, Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli issues a receipt for the goods shipped, sending it by e-mail or ordinary mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to art. 7 D.P.R. 633/72, D.P.R. 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issue of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is full and definitive.

7.3
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and amount to € 6.90 for all shipments made in Italy. For purchases over € 49.00 the transport costs will be borne by the Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli.

7.4
The purchased Products will be delivered by courier (SDA) within 24 hours from the end (excluding Saturday and Sunday), usually delivered to the recipient within 24 / 48h (for Italy) from the working day following the date of receipt of payment. Shipping to Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and uncomfortable delivery areas, delivery will be in 72h minimum. For delivery times, international shipments vary according to the state, they are on average 5/7 working days. For places difficult to reach, and the uncomfortable place € 20 (free, starting from € 170). The cost of shipping to European countries 15 € (FREE, starting from € 120) The cost of shipping to the countries of the former Soviet Union, Russia, and the rest of the world 25 € (FREE, starting from € 220 ) CUSTOMS TAXES AND CHARGES Deliveries to a country outside the European Union, may be subject to taxes and duties. Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli is not responsible for unpredictable delays, it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum term of 30 (thirty) days from the day following that in which the Customer he sent the order to the Gioielleria Pianeta Beads of Maurizio Minelli.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the consignment note;

that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by placing a written control reservation on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once the Courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

7.6
If it is unable to deliver the goods ordered following the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli will promptly notify the Customer and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days, by e-mail. The amount already paid by the customer will be refunded as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the purchase order.

8.1
Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minelli will send the Customer an electronic message confirming the shipment once the Products have been shipped.

8.2
Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli will provide the customer with the shipping number so that the same can trace their package and follow its movement until its delivery.

9.1
Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minelli intends to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. Allows the return or replacement within 14 days of delivery of the product. In the event that you wish to return the purchased products, we will refund the amount (excluding shipping costs incurred by us) of the items as soon as they arrive in our store. Right of withdrawal (for Europe) The cost of withdrawal of € 18.00 will be deducted from the amount of the restoration. Right of withdrawal (former countries of the former Soviet Union, Russia and the rest of the world) The cost of withdrawal, equal to € 25.00, will be deducted from the amount of the cancellation. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if he meets these conditions. The products must not have been used. Packages must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches. The accompanying card must be intact the product must be accompanied by the attached warranty.

9.2
It is recommended to send the Products to be returned using only the waybill and courier indicated in the form attached to the delivery. Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli will not be responsible for those products sent back that have been lost, stolen or damaged and will therefore not proceed to refunds or compensation.

9.3
Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the Products, except as provided in the following point 9.7.

9.4

the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (the "Consumer Code"), an indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to avail himself of the right of withdrawal, the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase and the data relating to the customer's bank account. The communication can always be sent within the aforementioned period of 14 (fourteen) working days also by telegram, e-mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 (forty-eight) hours.

9.5
If the customer wishes to modify or cancel the order presented, he must promptly send an electronic message to info@pianetabeads.com. Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minelli will do everything possible to satisfy the customer's request. However, once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the goods sent have been returned to Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli. In this case, reference is made to the discipline contained in the previous point 9.1.

The Products purchased on the Site are delivered in boxes.

11.1

The Site may report material typing errors, errors in general, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which may refer to the Price, characteristics and availability of the Product. Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minelli sells on the internet the original Products bearing the brands Gioielleria Pianeta Beads by Maurizio Minelli, exclusively through the website www.pianetabeads.com. No page or content on this Site may be reproduced without prior and express written authorization.

13.1
If a Product sold by Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli shows a defect of conformity, the Customer is not fully satisfied or via a discrepancy with the order made by the Customer, the Customer must keep all the documentation and the Product in its packaging and immediately contact the company by email at info@pianetabeads.com.

14.1
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") and any amendments thereto, Gioielleria Pianeta Beads di Maurizio Minelli is the owner of the treatment of the customer's personal data, whose provision is optional but is necessary for management of orders and supplies. For the purposes of managing supplies and related orders, the Customer's personal data will be stored in the computer archives of the Administrative Services Center of the Gioielleria Pianeta Beads of Maurizio Minelli Administration Area (responsible for the processing of personal data) and of the Gioielleria Pianeta Beads of Maurizio Minelli and treated in a manner strictly necessary for the indicated purposes. 15.1
For anything not specifically provided for in the General Conditions, reference is made to the specialist discipline represented by the Consumer Code, as amended from time to time, supplemented or replaced and subordinate to that of the Civil Code.

15.2
The reference to a precise chronological term in the General Conditions will be considered from time to time as replaced by that term of best guarantee for the Customer that the Consumer Code must in the future come to predict and must therefore be interpreted, understood and read.

15.3
In the event of a conflict, the provisions of the Consumer Code will prevail over those of the Civil Code and, except as provided in point 15.2 immediately above, those of the General Conditions over those of the Consumer Code, as they can be waived.

15.4
Italian law applies.

15.5
The legal forum is that of Salerno.

16.1
